Just steps away from the iconic Palais des Papes, our residence invites you on a journey through history. Built on the remnants of the Augustinian monastery, whose construction began in 1261, this remarkable property predates the Palais des Papes, completed in 1335. Legend has it that Martin Luther, an Augustinian monk, stayed here during his visit to Avignon.
At the foot of our property, the Augustinian bell tower stands as a testament to the former church, parts of which were dismantled and sold after the French Revolution. Recently renovated, this historic gem will captivate lovers of heritage and architecture.
