GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND HOUSE RULES
Following the COVID pandemic and its consequences, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel rental contracts without charge to either party in the event of exceptional circumstances (risk of the epidemic resuming, actual epidemic or pandemic, administrative closure, prefectural decision, government announcement, sale or other circumstances preventing the stay from taking place).
Our business is not linked to the holding of any event or recurring or non-recurring gathering in Avignon or the surrounding area; therefore, we decline all responsibility in the event your stays are prevented, whatever the circumstances (any type of strike, cancellation of the Avignon IN and/or OFF Festival, cancellation of a conference, etc.).
Unlike standard rental agreements, our long-stay rental agreements for businesses (with appropriate GTC) will be adapted to their needs.
Art. 1 – Applicable regulations
Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Art. 2 – Registration and reservation
The customer may not claim any compensation or refund for a NO SHOW, or if they shorten or interrupt their stay for any reason whatsoever.
The «BOOK ZEN – BOOK RELAX» rate (non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-modifiable) offers you cancellation / interruption of stay / COVID insurance included. See the conditions in Article 4.
Any reservation must be guaranteed by a bank card (Visa, Eurocard Mastercard) valid during the stay. Any reservation requires full payment of the stay at the time of booking.
Without collection of the appropriate payment at the time of booking, the sale will be considered null and void. Any refusal to pay the remaining balance of a reservation within the allotted time will de facto render the sale null and void and the amount paid by the customer will be retained without the customer being able to claim any damages.
Art. 3 – Payment terms – Arrival procedure
A – For all stays, the customer must:
Read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale and the internal rules
Present a valid ID for all persons staying upon arrival
Pay the full amount for the stay by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), in cash or by bank transfer according to the terms of the contract
Extras as well as the tourist tax are payable on site in cash.
B – Methods and terms of payment
Bank cards (Visa – Eurocard / Mastercard) or cash (euros only)
Bank transfers (only with our agreement, fees at the customer’s expense)
Checks and holiday vouchers are not accepted
C – Private parking
€25 / night, cash only and with a confirmed reservation.
Art. 4 – Booking, cancellation and stay interruption conditions
The rates (Réservez Zen / Book Relax, Night) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-modifiable.
The «RÉSERVEZ ZEN – BOOK RELAX» rate includes cancellation / stay interruption insurance. This only applies when payment is made at the time of booking.
It is necessary to specify the identity of all persons staying in the accommodation to allow them to be covered by the insurance.
Any cancellation must be made in writing (email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt).
Art. 5 – Arrivals – Departures
Arrivals are between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and departures before 11:00 a.m..
Please communicate your arrival time.
An arrival after 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and after 12:00 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays is possible only by appointment and with prior agreement.
Early/late arrival or departure services are available on request (€50).
Any late departure after 11:00 a.m. will be charged €50 (cash payment).
An intermediate cleaning is carried out for any stay of 4 nights or more.
Art. 6 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, and include only the provision of the accommodation.
They do not include:
Tourist tax (payable in cash on site)
Optional services
All extras are payable in cash. An invoice will be provided.
Art. 7 – Maintenance of the premises – Access
An inventory is available in each accommodation.
The guest must report any issue within 24 hours of arrival.
The accommodation is handed over in perfect condition and must be returned in proper condition (otherwise a €50 fee).
The establishment reserves the right to access the accommodations for maintenance, hygiene, inspection, or security reasons.
Non-smoking establishment (including vaping)
In the event of non-compliance: penalty equivalent to 4 nights + fees + immediate termination
Pets are not accepted.
Art. 8 – Length of stay
An extension is possible subject to availability and at the establishment’s discretion.
This may result in a change of accommodation or rate.
In the event of early departure, the total price of the stay remains due.
Art. 9 – Termination
The contract will be terminated automatically in the event of:
Failure to comply with the smoking/vaping ban
Disruptive behavior
Noise nuisance, insufficient hygiene, or damage
The stay will be interrupted immediately without compensation.
Art. 10 – Responsibilities
The establishment cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to personal belongings.
This also concerns the common areas.
It is recommended to check that doors and windows are locked and to use the safe.
Art. 11 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of the place where the establishment is located.
The general terms and conditions in French shall prevail over those in English.

Art. 12 – House rules
Any domiciliation, private or professional, is strictly prohibited.
House rules are available in each accommodation and must be complied with.
